Instructional Design & E-Learning
Welcome!
Hi, I’m Santana Kujawa — a Learning Experience Designer with 10 years of experience creating inclusive, learner-centered instruction across K–12, early childhood, and adult learning settings.
I design accessible eLearning using tools like Canvas and Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), with SCORM and xAPI integration. I hold an M.Ed. in Educational Technology (4.0 GPA), with advanced graduate certificates in Instructional Design and eLearning, and have completed focused UX coursework as part of my self-directed graduate journey. My background in psychology supports a human-centered approach grounded in Self-Determination Theory, Emotional Design, Cognitive Load Theory, and Mayer’s Multimedia Principles.
This portfolio highlights my instructional design journey and showcases real-world projects that reflect my commitment to impactful, learner-driven design. Featured works span healthcare, higher education, and professional training — created in collaboration with SMEs, clinicians, and educators.
You’ll find sections on my education, experience, and projects — along with reflections that give insight into my design process and learning philosophy.

Patient Communication in Healthcare (Google Sites, 5 modules): Developed in collaboration with ER nurses, doctors, and medical educators as subject matter experts to improve relational communication in clinical settings.
Phishing Awareness Microlearning (YouTube + Google Form): A bite-sized training solution designed for adult learners. Post-assessment scores improved by 35% on average compared to pre-assessment scores, with a 4.8/5 user rating for clarity and usability.
Through this portfolio, I aim to demonstrate not just technical skill—but a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to building inclusive, scalable learning solutions that work.
